VISTA believes in social responsibility. Each year, we sponsor a charity in our community and encourage employees to support charities that are close to their hearts. We even have a gift matching program where VISTA matches employee gifts to their favorite charity.

• USO DC METRO VISTA strives to be active in multiple events throughout the year. Last year we were primary volunteers for their father’s day picnic and sponsored the annual casino fundraising night.
• Charity Matching Program In line with our Guiding Principle of Social Responsibility, VISTA is committed to supporting and encouraging employees to contribute both time and money to charitable organizations. To assist employees' charitable giving and increase the impact of their contributions, VISTA offers a Matching Charitable Contributions Program. VISTA assists charitable organizations serving the community by combining the generosity of employee gifts with corporate support.
• GREEN Initiative Initiated by our CEO, VISTA has created a committee to provide a platform for recommendations of ways to consistently improve VISTA sustainability and environmental awareness.

It is the little things that count and we do a lot. We recycle aggressively, sponsor the purchase of compact fluorescent light bulbs and reusable shopping bags made of recycled plastic products, and more. VISTA encourages employees to think about the everyday products they use and the actions they take that affect the sustainability of our activities, reduce energy consumption, and cut down on the amount of waste we generate - All taken together, these actions ultimately reduce VISTA's cost of doing business.
