What should you expect from first contact to the first day and beyond? Once you submit your resume it is reviewed. If there is a match you will be contacted by Sam. Sam is a wealth of VISTA knowledge so feel free to ask him any question you may have about our company. If you make Sam smile, he’ll forward your resume to a hiring manager. From there, superstars participate in a two-round interview process. Don’t be overwhelmed by the number of people you talk to during these two rounds. We realize that just as much as we’re interviewing you, you’re interviewing us. If you like us and we like you, you’ll show up on your first day to a workspace prepared just for you. It may be overwhelming, but we have a very structured on-boarding process to make sure you know where the bathroom is, where the best nearby lunch spots are, along with the closest Starbucks.
